We are pleased to offer special training opportunities exclusively to our members! Our next special event is on Sunday, October 9th starting at 1:00pm — a “New to You” Firearms Orientation Workshop. As always, we’re at Wilson Hill Pistol Club in Manchester. This is perfect for those of us who recently purchased or inherited a firearm, or have one that is less familiar to us. We will walk with you through an orientation of your firearm — how to disassemble and reassemble it, how to clean it, what ammo it requires, and run through some dry fire exercises before shooting on the range.

It would be very helpful to know what model firearm you plan to bring so we can do a little research in advance.**

Although there is no cost for this workshop, we **require** attendees to supply the following:
— Bring your own pistol or revolver (no long arms!) and a hardcopy of the manual. Most firearms manufacturers have manuals available online if you need to print one out. The club does not have reliable internet, so you must bring a printed copy.
— Bring the appropriate ammo for your firearm.
— Bring your own dummy rounds; some manufacturers call them Snap Caps. If you need to buy some, they are readily available at ammo retailers — Riley’s, Shooter’s Outpost, Bass Pro, as well as those that offer discounts to our members.
