SUMMARY:GIRLS NIGHT OUT
DESCRIPTION:Our ‘Girls Night Out’ looks a little different than what you normally expect. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe’ll start by shooting at Londonderry Fish & Game Club from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. It’s the perfect time of year to be at an outdoor range to get some fresh air and training! Even if you can’t make it until 6:00 PM\, we’ll be there!!! And if you only want to attend from 5:30 – 6:00 PM\, that’s perfectly okay as well!!! This is all about YOU and getting some more range time and training in. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJust bring your own firearm and ammo and you can practice OR get help from an instructor where needed! If you don’t have a firearm yet\, we’ll let you borrow one of ours\, no problem! We’ll also provide some fun targets for you to use from all our years of collecting FUN targets. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can also bring a rifle or shotgun if you want. We’ll have instructors there who can help! If there is a certain firearm you’ve been wanting to try\, let us know\, one of us may have it and can bring it for you to ‘try before you buy!’ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a FREE event for members only. After we’re done shooting\, we can head to Romano’s for a late dinner if anyone wants to! It’s right down the street and the food is great! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease email info@wdlnh.org to let us know you’ll be attending. We want to be sure we have enough range staff and get an idea of how many may want to go to dinner afterwards!

SUMMARY:Basic Pistol Class - WOMEN ONLY Range Staff
DESCRIPTION:Basic Pistol Class – Women only students with women only range staff! Women empowering women! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen & Where \n\n\n\nOur upcoming class is on Sunday\, September 13th (starting promptly at 8:30 am) to 4:30 pm. It will be held at Renaissance Firearms in Barrington\, NH in a temperature controlled indoor range. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClass \n\n\n\nThe NRA Basic Pistol Course is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA affiliation. This course is a minimum of 8 hours and includes classroom instruction and range time learning to shoot semi-automatic pistols. This is an instructor-led program and is not a blended training course. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStudents learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from a standing position; pistol selection and storage; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will also complete live-fire training on the range. A NRA Certificate will be issued upon satisfactory completion of this course. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay of Class \n\n\n\nParticipants should bring their own eye and ear protection (we have some available as well). Also bring beverages\, lunch and any snacks. Please wear appropriate attire — closed-toe shoes and full-coverage shirts as hot brass can be very uncomfortable and present a safety hazard when it hits bare skin. A brimmed hat such as a baseball hat is recommended but not required. Wearing layers is also helpful. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Women’s Defense League will supply the firearms\, ammunition\, targets\, and student packets. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration \n\n\n\nAll participants must prepay to reserve their seat. The fee for non-members is $95 and for League members it is $70. Go to this link below to pay prior to class day. Space is limited to 24 participants and spots will only be held for people who pre-pay. NOTE: These classes fill up extremely fast\, spots are reserved on a first-come\, first-serve basis!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll participants are also expected to complete a liability waiver prior to participation which will be made available at the event. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can register for the class here:  https://wdlnh.org/services/basic%20pistol%20registration/ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*Refund/Cancellation Policy* If The League has to cancel an event due to weather or other issues\, we will gladly issue a refund if you cannot make the re-scheduled class. Any cancellations by participants are not eligible for refunds nor can they be used towards another class in the future.

SUMMARY:Annual 2A Freedom Rally
DESCRIPTION:It is with great disappointment that the League Board has decided to CANCEL our annual 2A FREEDOM RALLY this year. \n\n\n\nWe’ve dealt with sub-freezing temperatures; snow\, sleet\, and rain before\, but the winds are always a killer. State House Plaza is already a wind tunnel – we can attest to the many canopies and tents we’ve had destroyed. We’d rather not have ours or our vendors’ and volunteers’ equipment destroyed this year. \n\n\n\nDon’t worry though… we’ll have other means of getting out the word about ELECTIONS and the CRITICAL IMPORTANCE of them!!!! \n\n\n\nThank You all for all of your continuing support!!!!!!!!! We couldn’t do this without you all!!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnnual 2A freedom rally held at State House Plaza in Concord\, NH! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be speakers\, raffles\, door prizes\, and like-minded 2nd Amendment supporters! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is the only 2A event like this across New Hampshire. Just in time for the election! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in donating for the raffles\, or being a part of the rally in some way\, please contact info@wdlnh.org

SUMMARY:Tea & Targets
DESCRIPTION:You’ve possibly been to an English Tea Party before\, but you haven’t been to one like this one!!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn Sunday\, September 27th\, join several New Hampshire women’s shooting organizations for Tea & Targets at Silver Scone Tea Parties in New Ipswich\, NH! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will begin by enjoying a traditional English Tea. We will end by shooting revolvers on the range located on the grounds of the Millbrick House! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe plan is to dress traditional ‘Tea Party Fancy\,’ donning hats and gloves if you wish. This is not a requirement\, just something to make this private party even more fun! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe organizations will provide the revolvers. There will be instructors and RSOs on the range – ALL WOMEN. It would be a great help if attendees could bring some ammunition to help defray the costs – 9mm\, .38\, or .22 will be needed. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe cost of the party is $50\, not including tip\, payable on the day of the tea party. You must register for the event below. A final headcount will be required about a week before the party. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister for Tea & Targets here—> https://formsmarts.com/form/2ge8 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions\, please email info@wdlnh.org
