SUMMARY:Shoot with the Girls - Halloween Shoot!
DESCRIPTION:Since October is Halloween month\, it only makes sense to have a Halloween shoot!!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a member-only shoot. You must have taken the New Shooters Shoot\, Basic Pistol class\, or be an experienced shooter to participate. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLadies will shoot the evil witch to earn points within a certain time period. The top 3 shooters with the most points will win Halloween prizes!!!! We’ll continue shooting afterwards to get more practice as well! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll participants must email events@wdlnh.org to let our Events Coordinator know you’re coming. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBring your own firearm and ammunition to get practice with instructors on the range. So much to choose from in one weekend!! Gun shows are always a good time! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFreedom Promotions has also been extremely supportive of The League’s mission!! We’ve been attending as many of their gun shows as possible (we think probably all of them!) Not only do we love meeting new people\, but we love meeting members and women who want to find other women to shoot with! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVisit the Rochester Gun Show and peruse the multiple vendors\, get information about organizations\, visit the League at our table\, or maybe buy something new you’ve been wanting to add to your collection!

DESCRIPTION:Join the League for the last gun show of 2026 at the Concord Shriners Gun Show! Get some early holiday shopping in for your favorite people! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will be there both days – Saturday November 7th from 9AM – 4PM and Sunday November 8th from 9AM – 2PM. Admission is only $10 per person! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStop by and say hello while perusing all of the awesome merchandise from vendors around New England including guns\, knives\, ammo\, night vision\, reloading optics\, collectibles\, holsters & more! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe love going to gun shows and meeting so many new people and saying hello to old friends!! You can check out photos from our last gun show in Concord! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNovember is a great time to shop for a new firearm\, or any of the items the show has to offer\, including a new membership to the League! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be multiple vendors in attendance from all across New England who will be offering various items for purchase. From firearms\, to targets\, there is nothing you can’t get!!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be over 70 vendors at the show! And from our last show in Concord\, you can bet there will also be ammo jewelry as well! Why not have some fun AND check out great vendors who support our 2nd Amendment rights!

SUMMARY:Women's Firearm Training - WOMEN ONLY Environment
DESCRIPTION:Basic Pistol Class – Women’s firearm training with women only range staff! Women empowering women! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen & Where \n\n\n\nOur upcoming class is on Sunday\, November 15th (starting promptly at 8:30 am) to 4:30 pm. It will be held at Renaissance Firearms in Barrington\, NH in a temperature controlled indoor range. It is a women’s firearm training class in an empowering environment! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClass \n\n\n\nThe NRA Basic Pistol Course is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA affiliation. This course is a minimum of 8 hours and includes classroom instruction and range time learning to shoot semi-automatic pistols. This is an instructor-led program and is not a blended training course. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStudents learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from a standing position; pistol selection and storage; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will also complete live-fire training on the range. A NRA Certificate will be issued upon satisfactory completion of this course. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay of Class \n\n\n\nParticipants should bring their own eye and ear protection (we have some available as well). Also bring beverages\, lunch and any snacks. Please wear appropriate attire — closed-toe shoes and full-coverage shirts as hot brass can be very uncomfortable and present a safety hazard when it hits bare skin. A brimmed hat such as a baseball hat is recommended but not required. Wearing layers is also helpful. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Women’s Defense League will supply the firearms\, ammunition\, targets\, and student packets. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration \n\n\n\nAll participants must prepay to reserve their seat. The fee for non-members is $95 and for League members it is $70. Go to this link below to pay prior to class day. Space is limited to 24 participants and spots will only be held for people who pre-pay. NOTE: These classes fill up extremely fast\, spots are reserved on a first-come\, first-serve basis!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll participants are also expected to complete a liability waiver prior to participation which will be made available at the event. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can register for the class here:  https://wdlnh.org/services/basic%20pistol%20registration/ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*Refund/Cancellation Policy* If The League has to cancel an event due to weather or other issues\, we will gladly issue a refund if you cannot make the re-scheduled class. DESCRIPTION:This is one of our MOST fun events of the year! We’ll have a potluck and Yankee swap. To get your number\, you have to shoot at a snowman who is shooting at you!!! It’s a $20 limit for the Yankee swap if you want to participate\, but participation is not necessary. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe’ll also be creating lovely ornaments using spent shotgun shell casings and lots of glitter!!!! There may even be some fun resin projects for us to work on! The possibilities are endless! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCheck out photos from last year’s party.
