DESCRIPTION:ALERT: We’ve decided to CANCEL tonight’s BOD and Annual Meeting due to NOT really knowing WHAT the weather is going to do for sure. \nWe will re-schedule the BOD meeting for a conference call and let you know when that will be ahead of time. \nThe Annual Meeting will now take place for the first hour (or less) of the Annual Holiday Party – so if you only want the meeting – you show up for an hour and leave or if you only want the party – you show up at 2PM instead of one! Or you can enjoy both without adding another day on the calendar! \n\nDETAILS will follow but please stay safe out there!!!!!!!!!!! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n  \n \nJoin us for our Annual Members Meeting where we update members on what is going on in The League over the past year along with what we’ll be working on in the upcoming year. \nNovember is also our annual ELECTIONS!!!!! \nIn order to vote in elections\, you must be a full member in good standing and have attended at least 3 events (of any sort) over the past year! \nWe’ll be holding our Annual Meeting at our Office in Concord. We’ll provide some platters and would love if people brought some potluck (because you all bring THE best potluck!). \n\nWe’re holding our meeting at our office in order for everyone to finally get a glimpse of it – almost like an Open House! \n\nFor those interested\, the Board Meeting will start at 5pm and all members are welcome to attend.

SUMMARY:Annual Holiday Party
DESCRIPTION:This is our Annual Holiday Party event for members only. It’s one of the most fun events of the year! Potluck and Yankee Swap (if interested). Rather than grabbing a number from a hat for the Yankee Swap\, members shoot at snowman targets (the snowman is pointing a firearm at you!). The points are added up on the targets and participants receive their order for the Yankee Swap. \nIt’s a fantabulous and fun event for all!!! \nAs with all events\, we’ll publish ahead of time and all participants are required to register with events@wdlnh.org in order for The League to have enough instructors and RSOs on hand. \nThe party is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Londonderry Fish & Game Club on Sunday\, December 6th! \nYou can check out photos from last year’s pahtay here: https://wdlnh.org/annual-holiday-party-2019/
