SUMMARY:New Shooters Shoot
DESCRIPTION:These classes are intended as a basic introduction to firearms safety and shooting. They are a great starting point for training and incorporate both detailed classroom teaching\, hands-on drills\, and range instruction. \n\n\n\nAll ladies who are new to our League classes must first participate in our New Shooters Intro Class before qualifying for additional firearms events. We have women NRA-certified instructors and NRA-certified Range Safety Officers to provide a safe environment. \n\n\n\nThe New Shooters Intro Classes are open to League members and guests. All non-members are required to pre-register as a Student for a Day for a fee of $25 which can be used towards a membership if you choose. Walk-ins are not accepted. \n\n\n\nAll participants in our New Shooters Intro Class will use a .22 caliber pistol and ammo that we provide. This is to help new shooters be comfortable and build on success. \n\n\n\nAll attendees must register ahead of time as the classes fill up very quickly and we have a limited number of seats we can fill. \n\n\n\nYou can register here: https://wdlnh.org/services/student-for-a-day/ \n\n\n\nAfter your payment is sent\, you will receive an email within a few days confirming your registration in the class. \n\n\n\nIf you are an existing member of the League\, email events@wdlnh.org for registration – this class is FREE to members. \n\n\n\nThe class is from 8:30AM to 12:30PM. Please arrive about 15 minutes early. The class will begin promptly at 8:30AM. \n\n\n\n*Refund/Cancellation Policy* If The League has to cancel an event due to weather or other issues\, we will gladly issue a refund if you cannot make the re-scheduled class. Any cancellations by participants are not eligible for refunds nor can they be used towards another class in the future.

DESCRIPTION:This is one of our popular SKILL BUILDING classes! You will practice thinking before you shoot! These are skill building targets that are not only helpful but also FUN! \n\n\n\nAn instructor will call out a specific area on the target that you should focus on hitting – numbers\, colors\, or shapes. \n\n\n\nThis is a great class\, open to MEMBERS ONLY. \n\n\n\nRegistration is a must as the class size is limited. You will use your own firearm and ammunition in order to get practice in with your firearm. If you do not have your own firearm yet\, we’ll let you use one of the League’s. All members must have taken either the New Shooters class or a Basic Pistol class with the League in order to participate. \n\n\n\nTo register email events@wdlnh.org
